I would like to take this opportunity to thank Keith and his
wife for taking extra special care of our vehicle over the last year. I can
honestly say that the customer service and workmanship I have received is above
and beyond what I would expect. Besides doing the work that is included in your
service order agreement they both go above and beyond to answer any and all
questions we may have pertaining to other parts of the vehicle they don't necessarily
do but have helped in steering us in the direction needed to fix other concerns
we might have had. Keep up the great work you guys and I will be sure to
let everyone know that you guys are the real deal. I trust no one more with my
vehicles than you guys.

Dear Keith & Kate,
I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you. As a busy Realtor and mother, I have no time to take my car to the garage & sit in a cold, dirty waiting room while my car is serviced. What a relief that I no longer have to worry about scheduling my car's service around a "loaner" vehicle or inconveniencing my friends trying to get a ride. I have actually had my car taken care of by Motivated while I was in a closing with a client!! Doesn't get much better than that. I got to come out to a car with fresh oil, but also, clean windows & my floor was vacuumed, too! Boy, was my client impressed. I can't tell you how easy you have made it for me. I also like the fact that Motivated keeps track of when my car is due for the oil change and e-mails me to set up the appointment. Thanks again for such a great job! Wish someone had done this sooner.

Motivated did an excellent (is there a stronger word than excellent?) job on my car! He came right to my house. The oil change is a marvel to watch. It was quick and with the red carpet didn’t leave a drop of oil on my driveway. Keith noticed that my oil was low and showed me where there was a leak in my seals so I could have it repaired. It was worth the price just for the extras like the window cleaning and rug vacuuming. I would highly recommend this service!

Just wanted to write and thank your company for the great superior service. I was skeptical about using a mobile oil service, especially at my place of work, however the work was above and beyond what I had expected. The service was fast and efficient and the demeanor of the owner was professional and courteous. You have definitely earned the position for my future oil change needs. In fact, you have already scheduled to call me every three months as a reminder…I love this feature because I am horrible about remembering to do this on my own. This is just one less thing I have to worry about. Once again thank you!!

Motivated's work was great! One of the things I particularly liked was that he said I could watch him or not; whichever worked for me. When I was watching, he explained everything he was doing, which was quite an education! I only wish this service had been around when my kids were younger -- trying to keep two wiggly kids occupied at a commercial oil change place for half an hour was such a trial that I know I got behind in my maintenance schedule. With Motivated, that would not be a problem. I expect to continue using Motivated; he'll keep me from forgetting my oil changes and other car tasks.

Keith came to my work with a red carpet and all to change my oil, the
filter and all the fluids in my car. I was able to watch him if I
wanted to which I like because I don’t trust people near my car. When
he was done he came to me and told me everything he did. Honestly it
was awesome, I didn’t have to go up to Nashua and he came to my work,
what else could you really ask for?
